1. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made in advance, either through our website or by contacting our customer service team.
Full payment or a specified deposit must be made at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods are listed on our website.

2. Rental Period and Extensions

The rental period begins at the scheduled pick-up time and ends at the agreed drop-off time.
Extensions are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please inform us in advance if you need to extend your rental period.

3. Vehicle Usage

Renters are responsible for the vehicle during the rental period. Any damage, loss, or additional charges due to misuse will be the renter's responsibility.
Vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank, unless otherwise specified.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 48 hours before the rental start time may qualify for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

5. Insurance and Liability

Basic insurance is included with all rentals. However, renters are liable for any damage exceeding insurance coverage.
Additional insurance options may be available. Please inquire during booking for further information.

6. Prohibited Uses

Vehicles cannot be used for illegal activities, racing, or transporting hazardous materials.
Sub-leasing or renting the vehicle to a third party is strictly prohibited.

7. Amendments to Terms

Amritsar Car Hire reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Please review these terms regularly to stay informed about your obligations.
